SMTS is closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day

Appointments for local service must be between 8 am and 3 pm. Reservation times for shopping and personal business stops are subject to driver availability.

Local service reservations must be made no more than one week in advance of the trip date and no later than 12:00 pm the day before the trip.

SMTS reserves the right to schedule your pickup and return time based on daily passenger lists. Always be prepared to leave up to one hour early and prepare for up to an additional hour on the return time, as well.

Appointments need to be between 10 am and 2 pm. Call at least 2 business days in advance.

Riders should plan to be on the vehicle all day. This service is provided as a group. All riders go together and return home together.
